For all products that comply with Terms of Warranty, Henrich's maintenance system offers free warranty services

Any products to be returned for service must have the information card, shipped with the product, completed and returned along with the product to

Your product(s) will be serviced and returned to you in a timely manner.

Warranty does not apply under the following circumstances:

Failure resulting from human error as dismantling equipment and refitting without permission.
Failure is caused by environmental conditions that do not meet the product capability.
Failure or damage caused by natural disasters (Fire, earthquake, etc)
Failure or damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation or debugging of the product.
